font-family: verdana;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: verdana; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cebola&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tomates&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ pimento vermelho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ pimento verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 alho francês &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr de margarina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 lavagantes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr de lagostins&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr de arroz carolino&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;0,5 dl de Xerez&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de colorau&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Passe por água a cabeça de tamboril e o rabo de pescada e coloque-os numa panela. Junte a água, as malaguetas de piripiri  e tempere com sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Abra os lavagantes ao meio, corte as cabeças e junte-as ao peixe e depois corte os lombos em rodelas pelos aneis, retirando a carapaça.  Aproveite todo líquido que escorrer e reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Leve a panela com o peixe e as cabeças de lavagante ao lume e deixe ferver suavemente durante cerca de 30 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Entretanto, descasque a cebola e os dentes de alho e pique-os finamente.  Tire o pedúnculo ao tomate e dê-.lhes um golpe em cruz no lado oposto. Escalde com água a ferver e passados 2 a 3 minutos, pele-os, limpe-os de sementes e pique em pedaços.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Lave os pimentos e pique-os, corte os alho francês em rodelas, lave em água corrente e escorra bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Derreta a margarina num tacho, junte as rodelas de lavagante e aloure-as de todos os lados. Retire com umqa escumadeira e reserve. Adiciona à gordura que ficou no tacho os alhos picados e deixe fritar um pouco, adicione depois a cebola e quando começar a alourar junte os restantes legumes. Deixe refogar suavemente até os legumes estarem macios. Adicione o arroz e deixe fritar um pouco, mexendo até o arroz ficar translúcido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Coe o caldo de peixe, mexa cerca de 1,7 litro e deite sobre o arroz, adicione também o líquido que reservou quando cortou os lavagantes e o Xerez. Tempere com sal e ao fim de 10 minutos de fervura, introduza os lagostins e as rodelas de lavagante. Derreta a margarina num tacho, junte a cebola picada e deixe alourar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Adicione os  pedaços de frango e cozinhe, mexendo, até estarem  dourados. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz moscada e junte o tomate em pedaços e um pé de hortelã.&lt;br /&gt;Tape e deixe cozinhar sobre lume muito brando entre 15 a 20 minutos. &lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Regue com a água a ferver e a casca de limão.&lt;br /&gt;Quando retomar fervura introduza a massa e o grão. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Coloque os &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;filetes&lt;/strong&gt; num recipiente com a pele virada para baixo e tempere-os com raspa da casca do &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;limão&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;sal&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;pimenta&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;alho&lt;/strong&gt;, moídos na altura.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Aqueça bem uma chapa para grelhados. Pincele a pele dos filetes com &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;margarina derretida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;e coloque-os sobre a chapa com a pele virada para baixo. Deixe grelhar durante cerca de 2 minutos. Volte cuidadosamente os filetes e cozinhe-os mais 1 a 2 minutos do outro lado. &lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Entretanto, leve a &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;margarina&lt;/strong&gt; a derreter&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;numa frigideira pequena sobre lume moderado. Misture um pouco de sumo de limão no &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;iogurte natural&lt;/strong&gt; e junte à Vaqueiro derretida. Adicione as &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;pimentas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; verdes&lt;/strong&gt; escorridas e deixe aquecer bem, mexendo ou agitando a frigideira.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Deite o molho sobre os filetes e salpique com &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;cebolinho picado&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt; pasta!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 maço de espinafre (ou 1 xícara de chá de espinafres cozidos)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 pacote de macarrão  (250 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de chá de pimenta do&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 colheres de sopa de queijo tipo &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;parmesão&lt;/span&gt;, ralado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal q.b.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p face="verdana"&gt;Escolhemos o espinafre, lavamos bem e cozinhamos com um pouco de sal, numa panela tampada sem acrescentar água, por aproximadamente 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p face="verdana"&gt;À parte, cozinhamos o macarrão numa panela grande com bastante água  a fervere e 1 colher de chá rasa de sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p face="verdana"&gt;Mexemos o macarrão de vez em quando para cozinhá-&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;lo&lt;/span&gt; por igual e deixamos no fogo por aproximadamente 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p face="verdana"&gt;Quando o macarrão estiver quase cozido, começamos a preparar o molho: aquecemos a manteiga, juntamos as natas, o sal e a pimenta e deixamos aquecer bem, sem ferver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p face="verdana"&gt;Misturamos os espinafres e acrescentamos ao macarrão já escorrido, misturando bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Servimos polvilhado com o queijo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tempo de confecção:&lt;/span&gt; de azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ramo de alecrim&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;dl&lt;/span&gt; Basta deixar a aromatizar durante 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Temperamos a carne com sal e pimenta e regamos com o "azeite de alecrim".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Depois levamos a carne a assar num tabuleiro, no forno a 200º durante cerca de 40 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Lavamos as batatas, com pele, e juntamos à carne e deixa-se a cozinhar durante mais 20 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Passado esse tempo retira-se do forno e servimos com alecrim.
